Questions
What does “biweekly” mean?
Every 2 weeks, a crew comes out once a fortnight. Weekly means every week, and monthly means every 4 weeks. All plans are mow, edge, and blow.
When am I charged?
Never up front. We keep a card on file and charge it 3 days after each completed visit, so there's a window to raise anything that didn't go right.
Can I skip or cancel a visit?
Yes, from your customer portal. A single visit or your whole service, any time, free. No contract.
Is the price locked in?
Yes. The price you see when you book is your ongoing price. It doesn't creep up.
